COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Open-air carriage and trolley rides naturally offer much greater levels of safety than indoor activities; and carriages are designed for guests to enjoy with people who are already in their small, consistent social bubble. The trolleys requires all passengers to wear face masks.

The following practices and procedures are established in accordance with the BC Health Ministry and WorkSafeBC COVID-19 recommendations for safe operation. We will continue to monitor their advice and enhance our actions, as necessary.

  1. Update November 19 2020, all guests required to wear a mask and each Carriage are customers from the same household bubble.
  2. Plexiglass divider between driver and guests in all carriages.
  3. Voice Amplifier system on each carriage and trolley to ensure guests can clearly hear their driver.
  4. After each tour we sanitize the carriage or trolley.
  5. Physical distancing markers on the pavement to maintain the 2 meter safe distancing protocols during check-in.
  6. Frequent sanitization of all high touch points including point of sale location, payment terminals and brochures.
  7. Trolleys require all passengers to wear a face mask for the protection of yourself and fellow passengers.
  8. Hand sanitizer and soap and water available.
  9. Gloves and masks available for all staff to use at their discretion.
  10. Contact Tracing.
  11. Enhanced guest check-in procedures: health verification.
  12. Enhanced staff member screening for illness or need to self-isolate.

Thank you from the staff and management, stay safe – we all benefit!
